TMZ is reporting that comedian Russell Brand is packing up his belongings and moving out of the Hollywood mansion that he and [lastfm link_type=”artist_info”]Katy Perry[/lastfm] bought just a few months ago.

The couple is reportedly on good terms and agreed that Katy will stay in the $6.5 million home. Most of Brand’s belongings are already out of the house.
TMZ notes that the decision to let Katy stay was a rather easy one. However, it’s likely she will have to fork over some serious dough if she plans on staying their long term.
Brand and Perry did not spend Christmas together and he filed for divorce days later after being married just over a year, which is nearly a decade in Kardashian time.
After going relatively underground, Katy Perry took to Twitter for the first time just a few days ago since news broke of their divorce.
She tweeted:
